Second Trimester

Please take the time each week to check the weekly agenda  and project information to see what your child will be working on. The project information contains a detailed lesson with the directions, resources, and grading rubric.   I look forward to the future masterpieces your children will create!


For 6th grade students:  We will begin the trimester with a clay project.  Students are to bring in a standard plastic grocery bag by Wednesday, December 7.

Welcome Back!

It is hard to believe another school year is right around the corner.  This summer has flown by! It was so great to see so many new and familiar faces this past Wednesday.  I am so excited to be  teaching art to your children this year.

Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts June 3-5 2016

Congratulations to the following students whose art work will be on display at Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts this weekend June 3-5th.  Their outstanding art work will be on display with other schools from Kent county at the Grand Rapids Art Museum from 12-7 Friday-Saturday and 12-3 on Sunday.
