Paint the Town Winners 2013
Congratulations to this year's Paint the Town Contest Winners. The following students will be painting their winning designs Friday September 27th. The banners will be hung downtown during the week of homecoming.
6th grade: Ella Charbonneau-DuBois, Becky Roede, Kaleigh Barr, Andrea Shriver, Beka Gair, Hannah Albertson, Lily Anderson, Evan Cowdrey, Kyle Vanderwerff, Samantha Mosher, and Rayana Sahagun
7th grade: Autumn Barr, Alexandria Smith-Tompkins, Kylie Poling, Samantha Dewey, and Nicole Higby
8th grade: Madi VanLaan, Alexandra Stephens, Katrina Byrne, Sam Snapp, and Kyia Hazekamp
Students need to meet Mrs. Aitken in the media center at 7:25. Students are to bring a sack lunch and wear clothes to paint in.

Paint the Town
Paint the Town
Sparta is excited to continue
the time-honored tradition of Paint the Town.
This year Sparta Middle School will help promote school spirit by
painting banners to hang in storefront windows in the downtown of Sparta. Designs must show “Spartan Pride
and Spirit.” Sparta faces the
Coopersville Broncos; their colors are green and white.
Students are to work together in
teams of 2-4 students. Designs must include:
Originality/Creativity
Color
Use of School Spirit/Pride
Quality/Craftsmanship
Please use marker, crayon, or colored pencil. Work must be done on
81/2” x11” paper.
All group members must put their grade level, first, and last name on
the back.
All designs must be turned in by Tuesday September 24 to
the office
The students
with the winning designs will paint the banners to be hung downtown during on
Friday September 27th.
