Welcome to Art Class

It is hard to believe we have finished trimester I.  I want to welcome incoming students to art class.  I am super excited to see what creative artwork trimester II students will create.  Please use this blog to check the weekly agenda and lesson plans for Trimester II students.  This week:  6th grade students will be beginning coil pottery.  Students must bring in a plastic grocery bag by Thursday.  7th grade students will begin their portfolio:  Names as Objects of Interest project.  8th grade sculpture students will begin their Picasso Faces sculptures.

The art room is in need of clean nylons and wire hangers for the sculpture project.  Please drop off all donations to room 34.  Thank you in advance for your generosity.
